Frontline Recruit SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Frontline Recruit SMS Messaging Program (“Program”). By opting into the Program and receiving text messages from Frontline Recruit (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.

Consent / Opt-In

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting their phone number through Frontline Recruit website forms, job application forms, or scheduling/contact forms that include clear disclosure of SMS consent.

At the point of opt-in, users are informed that they agree to receive SMS messages related to job opportunities, application updates, and recruiting communications.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment.

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express consent and do not send unsolicited messages.

1. Program Description

The Frontline Recruit SMS Messaging Program sends text message alerts about job opportunities, application updates, interview scheduling, and other recruiting-related communications. Frontline Recruit is a recruitment agency specializing in commercial bank talent connections and career opportunities. Messages may include job matches, reminders, or related updates.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You will receive periodic messages based on your interactions, the types of alerts you subscribe to, and your engagement with Frontline Recruit.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from your wireless provider. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out at any time and stop receiving SMS messages from the Program.

Reply STOP to cancel.

After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, you may opt in again through the original signup method.

STOP = end messages and unsubscribe.
