For more than 12 years, Frontline has been a leader in executive recruitment, conducting searches for clients nationwide. Frontline Recruit is uniquely positioned as one of the premier providers of executive human capital solutions for community banks in the United States.
Our expertise is focused on assisting community banks staff their commercial lending departments. The majority of our work is finding commercial lenders with an emphasis in C&I, CRE or AG. As we work to assist community banks in finding lenders we also place SVP, EVP, COO, CEO and President candidates within client organizations.
Frontline’s search consultants spend extensive time with clients to make sure that they have a clear understanding of the role they are being asked to help fill. They familiarize themselves with the client company, its strategy, problems, culture and people, and the characteristics and skills the successful candidate should possess. Our consultants work with the client to create a position specification of the role and of the ideal candidate.
