Our typical fee structure is 30% of the Candidate’s first year base salary. That is an all-inclusive fee for services rendered and is entirely contingent on a successful hire of one of our referred candidates.
Depending on a number of factors including, how long this position has been open, what your internal efforts have yielded and how dense the population of prospective candidates is — you can expect to see qualified candidate presentations in as little as 2-3 business days. Although for difficult to find candidates or relocation constraints, it may take a few weeks to see qualified candidates.

We provide market insights and consultative feedback to give you an accurate view of your local market. We find and screen all viable candidates and then present them to you for your review. We assist in coordinating the interview experience and ensure a transparent view of candidate feedback. We also assist in salary/contract negotiations to provide win-win outcomes for both Candidates and Banks.
