About the Role

Seeking a highly motivated individual with business lending experience willing to set up a loan production office (LPO) in Monroe county Wisconsin. Someone with proven sales experience to analyze loan requests and make strategic decisions on credit and lending needs to achieve customer satisfaction while always adhering to policies and practices.
  • Participate in commercial business development activities.
  • Interview business loan applicants to develop information concerning their loan needs, earnings, and financial conditions.
  • Analyze current financial position of customers to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
  • Make decisions to approve, disapprove, or forward the loan request to higher levels for decision.
  • Explain loan programs to customers, evaluates their needs and recommends loan options.
  • Establish the terms and conditions for a loan approval and reviews them with the customer.
  • Prepare and/or review all loan documents for completion and accuracy and closing loan transactions.
  • Follow current loans to ensure compliance with terms and coordinates with collections.
  • Stay informed of current trends in business credits.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Three to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
